What we commit to
- Every store is checked every minute. A store that doesn’t respond for three minutes in a row is restarted automatically, and the Waise team is alerted.
- Every store is backed up every night, and an hour later we check that the backup opens and is complete.
- Shoppers’ money goes straight to the store’s payment processor, not through Waise. A problem on our side doesn’t stop money that was already paid.
- Each store’s data is its own: you can download products, customers and orders at any time, even when you leave.
