What is the Shopify alternative for an Israeli store?
Shopify Payments isn’t available in Israel, so every Shopify sale there carries a 2%, 1% or 0.6% fee. At ₪20,000 a month that’s about ₪525 before processing, against ₪199 on Waise with no sales fee. Products, customers and orders move; apps don’t.

Pick something else
- If your Shopify apps are critical and have no replacement: stay.
- If you’re registered in a country where Shopify Payments runs and sell mainly there, the fee doesn’t apply to you.
- If you prefer a platform with a long public track record. Waise is new.
Questions
Why isn’t Shopify Payments available in Israel?
Shopify doesn’t offer its processing service in Israel, and Israel isn’t on its official country list. An Israeli business has to use an outside provider, so it pays Shopify’s fee.
Can I move my whole Shopify store?
Products, categories, customers, orders and reviews can move, and the look can be imported as a draft. Apps don’t move, and redirects from old addresses on your previous domain aren’t created automatically.
What happens to customers’ marketing consent?
A customer is marked as agreeing to marketing only if the old platform said so, and the record shows it came from the import. Imported orders are history: no email is sent and no automation runs.
