Do you need Klaviyo on Waise?
For automations, no. Waise has cart recovery, welcome, win-back and review-request flows built in, with an email quota on every plan. For newsletters, yes: Waise has no one-off send to your whole list. If you run campaigns and deep segmentation, you need Klaviyo. Its Email plan starts at $20 a month.

What Klaviyo does
Klaviyo is an email and SMS system for stores: automated flows, deep segmentation, campaigns, personal product recommendations and predictive analytics. The price rises with your contacts.
Where it lives in Waise
- Automatic mail › Custom flows /admin/flows
- Automatic mail › By order stage /admin/updates
- Open payments › Abandoned carts /admin/abandoned
| Waise plan | Price a month | marketing emails a month | active automations |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $29 | 3,000 | 3 |
| Growth | $59 | 15,000 | 10 |
| Pro | $129 | 50,000 | 30 |
| Company | $299 | 150,000 | Unlimited |
What Klaviyo does that Waise doesn’t
- Campaigns and newsletters: a one-off send to the whole list or a segment.
- Advanced behavioral and predictive segments. Waise has conditions and tags on automations.
- A/B tests and smart send times.
- Personal product recommendations in the email.
- Built-in SMS credits. Waise sends SMS through your own Twilio account.
What it saves in a year
| Store size | contacts | Klaviyo plan | A month | A year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small store | 500 | $20 | $240 | |
| Growing store | 2,500 | At least $20 | At least $240 | |
| Established store | 10,000 | At least $20 | At least $240 |
Klaviyo’s page shows no fixed price above 500 profiles (only a slider), so those rows show a floor. The real price is higher. The saving is the app’s price times 12. Waise’s own subscription isn’t subtracted here: Waise’s prices.
How to move your data
Export your contacts to CSV and upload them in the transfer screen. Email, name, phone and marketing-consent columns are matched by name. Only people marked as opted in within the file receive marketing mail, so make sure the consent column is in your export. Flows don’t move: turn on the ready-made templates and copy your text across.
Who this suits, and who it doesn’t
A good fit
- Most of your email revenue comes from automations
- Your list fits inside your plan’s email quota
Pick something else
- You send a regular newsletter
- Advanced segments and A/B tests are part of your work
- Your list is far beyond the quota and add-ons wouldn’t pay off
Questions
Can I send a newsletter from Waise?
No. There’s no one-off send to your whole list today. Marketing emails go out from automations started by triggers.
How many emails are included?
It depends on the plan, as in the table on this page. Add-on packs are available beyond the quota.
What happens to marketing consent when I move?
Only people marked in the file as opted in receive marketing mail. The consent is recorded with the import as its source.
The online store that runs itself, with brakes
- AI that acts, with brakes. Pulse changes orders, prices, discounts and content from one conversation. A sensitive change first shows a before-and-after card and waits for your approval, and almost any change can be undone.
- Your money is protected on the server, not by a promise. Anything touching money needs a confirmation tied to the exact values you saw, and the margin guard blocks a price below your minimum, even when an outside AI asks for it.
- Profit, not just sales. An order counts only once your payment provider confirms the money, and profit is worked out after fees, shipping, cost of goods and refunds.
- Open to your own AI. Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini connect to your store over MCP and pass through exactly the same brakes.
- Five ways to build, one system behind them. A ready theme, designing by chat with Pulse, your own code, outside builders like Lovable or Webflow, or your own AI. Checkout, orders, customers and money stay in one place.
- 0% of your sales. One flat monthly plan. When your store grows, our cut doesn’t, because there isn’t one.
- Built by someone who sold. Or Avrahami, a practical electronics and computer engineer, ran an online store on Shopify and built what that store needed. That became Waise.
