Do you need Omnisend on Waise?
For automations, usually not. Waise has cart recovery, welcome and win-back flows built in, with an email quota on every plan. But Omnisend also sends campaigns and browser push, and Waise has no one-off send to a list. Standard starts at $16 a month; Pro at $59 with unlimited emails.

What Omnisend does
Omnisend is an email and SMS system for commerce: campaigns, automations, forms and browser push. On Pro, emails are unlimited under fair use.
Where it lives in Waise

- Open payments › Abandoned carts /admin/abandoned
| Waise plan | Price a month | marketing emails a month | active automations |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $29 | 3,000 | 3 |
| Growth | $59 | 15,000 | 10 |
| Pro | $129 | 50,000 | 30 |
| Company | $299 | 150,000 | Unlimited |
What Omnisend does that Waise doesn’t
- One-off campaigns to a list or segment.
- Browser push for shoppers.
- SMS credits built in. Waise sends SMS through your own Twilio.
- Unlimited emails. Waise has a monthly quota by plan.
What it saves in a year
| Store size | contacts | Omnisend plan | A month | A year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small store | 500 | Standard | $16 | $192 |
| Growing store | 2,500 | Pro | $59 | $708 |
| Established store | 10,000 | Pro | At least $59 | At least $708 |
Omnisend offers 30% off the first 3 months; this uses the regular list price. Above 2,500 contacts the price rises and the listing doesn’t state it. The saving is the app’s price times 12. Waise’s own subscription isn’t subtracted here: Waise’s prices.
How to move your data
Export your contacts to CSV and upload them in the transfer screen. Email, name and phone columns are matched by name, and only people marked as opted in within the file get marketing mail. Automations don’t move; turn on the templates in Waise.
Who this suits, and who it doesn’t
A good fit
- You mostly use cart recovery and welcome flows
- You want fewer systems to maintain
Pick something else
- You send regular campaigns
- Browser push works for you
- You need unlimited emails
Questions
Is Omnisend cheaper than Klaviyo?
At entry level, yes: Standard is $16 a month for 500 contacts against Klaviyo’s $20. That’s a list-price comparison at that size; prices at other sizes aren’t fully published.
Does Waise send SMS?
Yes, through your own Twilio account once you add its details in settings. Without that, nothing is sent.
The online store that runs itself, with brakes
- AI that acts, with brakes. Pulse changes orders, prices, discounts and content from one conversation. A sensitive change first shows a before-and-after card and waits for your approval, and almost any change can be undone.
- Your money is protected on the server, not by a promise. Anything touching money needs a confirmation tied to the exact values you saw, and the margin guard blocks a price below your minimum, even when an outside AI asks for it.
- Profit, not just sales. An order counts only once your payment provider confirms the money, and profit is worked out after fees, shipping, cost of goods and refunds.
- Open to your own AI. Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini connect to your store over MCP and pass through exactly the same brakes.
- Five ways to build, one system behind them. A ready theme, designing by chat with Pulse, your own code, outside builders like Lovable or Webflow, or your own AI. Checkout, orders, customers and money stay in one place.
- 0% of your sales. One flat monthly plan. When your store grows, our cut doesn’t, because there isn’t one.
- Built by someone who sold. Or Avrahami, a practical electronics and computer engineer, ran an online store on Shopify and built what that store needed. That became Waise.
