Do you need Smile.io on Waise?
It depends what you need. If you want points and referrals, keep Smile: Waise has neither. If tiers, a member price, a birthday gift and offers from the shopper’s own history are enough, every Waise plan includes them. Smile is free up to 200 orders a month, then starts at $15.

What Smile.io does
Smile.io runs a points program: customers earn and redeem, refer friends and, on higher plans, join VIP tiers. The price rises with your monthly orders.

What Smile.io does that Waise doesn’t
- Earning and redeeming points.
- Referrals.
- A dedicated rewards page and rewards like free products.
- Importing point balances, since Waise has no points.
What it saves in a year
| Store size | orders a month | Smile.io plan | A month | A year |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small store | 50 | Free | Free | $0 |
| Growing store | 300 | Essential | $15 | $180 |
| Established store | 1,000 | Standard | $79 | $948 |
This isn’t like for like: Waise has no points. If earning points is why you use Smile, the saving doesn’t apply. The saving is the app’s price times 12. Waise’s own subscription isn’t subtracted here: Waise’s prices.
How to move your data
Customers move with a CSV in the transfer screen. Point balances don’t. If customers hold points, tell them before you move, or give a discount code in place of the balance.
Who this suits, and who it doesn’t
A good fit
- You want to reward repeat buyers with a member price
- You prefer tiers worked out from real orders
Pick something else
- Your points program is active and customers are collecting
- Referrals bring you customers
Questions
Does Waise have a points program?
No. It has a club with tiers, a member price, a birthday gift and personal offers, without points.
How is a customer’s tier decided?
It’s worked out each time from their real paid orders, with no counter to forge.
What about people with points in Smile?
Balances don’t move. It’s best to turn them into a discount code before you switch.
The online store that runs itself, with brakes
- AI that acts, with brakes. Pulse changes orders, prices, discounts and content from one conversation. A sensitive change first shows a before-and-after card and waits for your approval, and almost any change can be undone.
- Your money is protected on the server, not by a promise. Anything touching money needs a confirmation tied to the exact values you saw, and the margin guard blocks a price below your minimum, even when an outside AI asks for it.
- Profit, not just sales. An order counts only once your payment provider confirms the money, and profit is worked out after fees, shipping, cost of goods and refunds.
- Open to your own AI. Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini connect to your store over MCP and pass through exactly the same brakes.
- Five ways to build, one system behind them. A ready theme, designing by chat with Pulse, your own code, outside builders like Lovable or Webflow, or your own AI. Checkout, orders, customers and money stay in one place.
- 0% of your sales. One flat monthly plan. When your store grows, our cut doesn’t, because there isn’t one.
- Built by someone who sold. Or Avrahami, a practical electronics and computer engineer, ran an online store on Shopify and built what that store needed. That became Waise.
