How and when do I get paid?
Shoppers pay your own processor and the money goes straight to you. Waise never holds it.
Your shoppers’ money goes to your own payment processor account (Stripe, or your Israeli processor), never through Waise. Waise doesn’t hold it, delay it or take a cut of it.
When the money reaches your bank
That is set by your processor, not by Waise. Payout schedules, holds and fees are in your Stripe dashboard (or your processor’s account). Use the Stripe dashboard button on the Payments screen to open it.
What Waise charges
Waise charges a flat monthly price for your plan, and no fee on orders on any plan. That is separate from your processor’s own fees. See What do the plans cost?.
Tip To make your profit numbers accurate, enter your processor’s fee (a percentage and an optional fixed amount per transaction) in Settings, under the fees and costs card. It is in your agreement with the processor.
Questions
Why hasn’t my first payout arrived?
Processors often hold the first payouts of a new account for a while and need your bank details completed. Check your Stripe dashboard, which shows the schedule and anything it is waiting for.
