What do the Waise plans cost?
Four plans with a flat monthly price and no fee on orders. They differ by monthly quotas, not by features.
Every plan includes the whole store: unlimited products and orders, and no fee on orders, ever. You pay one flat monthly price. What changes from plan to plan is how much you get each month, such as Pulse conversations, shopper chats, marketing emails and team seats.
Prices for US stores
- Basic, $29 a month: 100 Pulse conversations, 100 shopper chats, 3,000 marketing emails, 2 team seats.
- Growth, $59 a month: 400 Pulse conversations, 500 shopper chats, 15,000 marketing emails, 5 team seats. You can remove “Built with Waise” from your store.
- Pro, $129 a month: 1,500 Pulse conversations, 2,000 shopper chats, 50,000 marketing emails, 15 team seats.
- Company, $299 a month: 5,000 Pulse conversations, 10,000 shopper chats, 150,000 marketing emails, unlimited team seats, and up to 3 stores on one account.
Other limits grow with the plan too: active automations, webhooks, bundles and upsell offers, discount codes, connected ad accounts, fulfilment partners, premium themes, store languages and report history. The Plan panel on your Subscription screen shows the current numbers for each plan. Israeli stores see their prices in shekels on the same screen.
Offers
- New US stores get a free trial, then $1 a month for the first three paid months on any plan. See How does the free trial work?.
- Annual billing: Switch to annual: 12 months for the price of 10 on the Subscription screen. Back to monthly returns you.
- A founders offer on Company ($249 a month for 24 months for the first 50 US stores) runs while seats remain, until January 31, 2027. The founder price is monthly billing only.
- If you have a discount code, enter it in the Discount code box on the Subscription screen and press Turn on. The box shows only while a code can be used.
No quota ever stops a sale. See What happens when I use up a monthly quota?.
Questions
Does Waise take a cut of my sales?
No. There is no fee on orders on any plan. Your payment processor charges its own fees. Shoppers’ money goes straight to your processor, not through Waise.
Where do I see my current plan and next charge?
Open Settings, then Subscription. The Your subscription panel shows the plan, the monthly price and the Next charge date.
