Where do I find my Waise invoices?

Your charges and invoice links are listed on the Subscription screen. Stores outside Israel also get invoices by email.

Open Settings, then Subscription, and open Charges and invoices. Each row shows the date, what the charge was for, the amount, the status (Paid or Failed) and an Invoice link when there is one.

Stores outside Israel

Your Waise subscription is charged through Paddle, which sells it to you in its own name. Paddle collects any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country and sends the invoice to your email.

Israeli stores

Charges are made through an Israeli payment company, and the tax document for each charge is issued by Waise. The Invoice link in the list opens it.

Tip This article is about what Waise charges you. The invoices your store sends to its own shoppers are a separate thing, set up in your store’s invoicing settings.

Questions

The list is empty. Why?

You are probably still in your free trial, or no charge has been made yet. A line appears after each charge. If the screen says billing isn’t active yet, nothing is charged to your store.

How do I see which card is charged?

The Subscription screen shows Card on file with its last four digits. To change it, see How do I save or change my card?.
