Billing
Your Waise plan, the trial, invoices, changing plan and cancelling.
- What do the Waise plans cost?Four plans with a flat monthly price and no fee on orders. They differ by monthly quotas, not by features.
- How does the free trial work?14 days free with no card to start, up to 5 real orders, and a card saved with Waise to take payments. Saving a card charges nothing today.
- How do I change my plan?Switch to a bigger or smaller plan from the Subscription screen. The store moves to the new plan in a few seconds.
- How do I cancel my subscription?Cancel from the Subscription screen. You see the exact final charge first, and the store stays open to the end of the paid period.
- Where do I find my Waise invoices?Your charges and invoice links are listed on the Subscription screen. Stores outside Israel also get invoices by email.
- How do I save or change my card?Add or replace the card Waise charges for your subscription. You type it once on the payment provider’s page.
- My monthly charge didn’t go throughYour store never closes because of a failed charge. Waise retries the card for ten days, and paying clears everything at once.
- What happens when I use up a monthly quota? No quota ever stops a sale. Each one has its own behavior at the limit, and you can set a monthly add-on limit or upgrade.
