How do I list my products on Google, Facebook and TikTok?
Paste one catalog link into each platform once. After that, changes to your products reach them by themselves.
Step by step
- Open Marketing → Advertising → Sales channels.
- Check "Ready to advertise" against "Active products", and fix what the "What to fix in the products" list shows (a photo, a price, a description).
- Click "Copy" next to the catalog link for the platform you want.
- Google Shopping: sign in to Google Merchant Center, go to Products → Add products → From file, choose to add a link to a file, paste the link and choose a daily update.
- Facebook and Instagram: open Meta’s Commerce Manager, then Catalog → Data sources → Add items → Scheduled data feed, and paste the link.
- TikTok: open TikTok Ads Manager → Assets → Catalogs, create a catalog, then Add products → Data feed schedule, and paste the link.
The screen also shows how many catalog items there are, including sizes and colors. If you have no active shipping method, it warns you, because Google asks for a shipping price.
Note The catalog link contains a secret code. If it leaks, click "Create a new link". The old link stops working, and you must paste the new one into each platform again.
Below, a block shows whether the catalog is open to AI assistants and how many visits came from them. The score and settings are on the AI engines screen.
Questions
Do I need to paste the link again when I change a product?
No. The platforms fetch the link on their own schedule, so a price or photo you change reaches them without any action.
