What can't I sell on Waise?

The prohibited-use rules in Waise's terms, and what can happen to a store that breaks them.

These rules are in Waise's Terms of Use, section 8, "Prohibited use". This page is a summary; the terms are what apply.

You may not sell, offer or publish

You also may not use Waise if you or your business are subject to sanctions of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Israel or the United Nations, or to sell to a country or person subject to such sanctions.

What can happen

If Waise finds such use, it may remove content, suspend the store immediately and close the account. Waise may also suspend or limit a store, with notice where practical, if it reasonably believes the store is used for fraud, deceives shoppers, causes unusual chargebacks or complaints, or if a law, court, regulator, card network or provider requires it. If a repeat copyright infringer is found, the account can be terminated.

A suspended store is kept for 90 days, and you can ask for your data as files. See Export or delete your data.

Tip Not sure whether a product is allowed? Ask before you list it: use "Talk to a person" in Pulse or write to help@waise.app.

Questions

Does Waise check my products?

This page cannot promise that. Whatever Waise checks, you are responsible for selling only what is allowed where you operate and ship.
