How do I reach a person at Waise?
Ask Pulse first, then hand the conversation to a person, or email help@waise.app. Each request becomes a ticket a person answers.
Fastest: Pulse, inside your admin
Pulse answers from these Help Center articles and from your own store, at any hour. When it cannot solve it, press Talk to a person: the whole conversation and a snapshot of your store go to the Waise team, and Pulse tells you when a person is due to answer. The answer comes back in the same window and by email. How the hand-off works
By email
Write to help@waise.app. Every email opens a ticket that a person on our team answers by email. To add to it, reply to our email and keep the ticket number in the subject, for example [#1a2b3c4d], so it lands on the same ticket.
Tip Write from the email address on your Waise account. Then we know which store it is about, and your plan sets how soon a person answers.
What helps us answer faster
- Your store address.
- What you were trying to do, and the screen you were on.
- What you saw instead: the message, or a screenshot.
- For an order: its number.
Something down for everyone?
Check waise.app/status first. It updates itself from the system, and a known incident is written there, so you do not need to write to us about it.
Note For your security we never ask for your password, and we do not change sign-in details by email alone.
To report a store that breaks the rules, see Report a store.
Questions
How fast will someone answer?
It depends on your plan. When you hand a conversation over from Pulse, it tells you when a person is due to answer.
Can I call you?
Support runs through Pulse and email. If a WhatsApp line is set up for your plan, Pulse shows a WhatsApp button next to the hand-off.
