Getting started
Open your store, find your way around the admin and get ready for the first sale.
- How do I open my store?Create your account, answer a few questions in the setup wizard and press Publish. You can skip most steps and finish them later.
- How is the Waise admin laid out?Six areas along the bottom, tabs across the top, and a top bar with search, New, updates and help. Here is what each one does.
- What must be ready before my store takes real orders? The setup checklist and the Launch readiness screen show what blocks a sale and what is only recommended. Each item has a button that takes you to the fix.
- How does the free trial work, and how many orders can I take? The trial is 14 days with no credit card to start. During it a store can take up to 5 real orders. Here is what shoppers see at the limit.
- Why does checkout ask for details instead of payment?Your store is in preview mode: no working payment is connected yet. Shoppers can leave their details, and you finish the order with them.
- What are the steps after I publish? After Publish, the wizard lists the remaining steps, such as payments, emails, shipping, policies and a test order. Each opens its own short screen.
- How do I get a notification when I get an order?Turn on notifications for your phone or computer in Settings → Alerts, or add Telegram or Slack. On an iPhone, add the admin to the Home Screen first.
- How do I reach a person at Waise?Ask Pulse first, then hand the conversation to a person, or email help@waise.app. Each request becomes a ticket a person answers.
Still stuck?
- Ask Pulse in your admin. Pulse answers from these articles and from your store’s own data. When you need a person, “Talk to a person” hands the whole conversation to the Waise team.
- Email: help@waise.app Every email opens a ticket, and you get its number and when a person will answer.
- Something down for everyone? System status updates itself from the system.
