- What is my store’s address?Every store starts on a free Waise address that works right away. You can switch to your own domain whenever you like.
- How do I connect my own domain?Type your domain, add two DNS records at the place you bought it, and Waise connects it and issues the security certificate.
- How do I get a domain name?Check whether a name is free, buy it at a domain registrar, then come back and connect it to your store.
- How do I get business email like support@ and info@?Once your own domain is connected and sending mail, your store gets orders@, support@, info@ and no-reply@ addresses on it.
- My domain isn’t connecting. What now?Read the status on your address, check the common DNS mistakes, and ask Pulse or support if it still won’t go live.
