Get orders out the door: shipping rates, labels, tracking, returns and customers.
- How do I ship an order and add tracking?Open the order and choose Mark as shipped, or use Shipping and tracking to add a tracking number or ship part of the order. The customer gets an email.
- How do I set up shipping rates and delivery times?Add shipping methods in Settings → Shipping methods. Each has its own price, delivery time, destinations and products. Shoppers choose one at checkout.
- How do I print or buy shipping labels?Print a label from an order, or connect Shippo to buy USPS, UPS and FedEx labels. Shippo charges the label cost to your own account.
- How do I refund an order or handle a return?Refund from the order page in the Refund card. For a return, approve the request, mark what arrived, then settle it as a refund, store credit or an exchange.
- How do I set my return rules?On the Returns screen, choose whether customers can ask for returns, which reasons are approved automatically, and who pays for return shipping.
- How do I cancel an order?Open the order and choose More → Cancel the order. Stock goes back and the customer is told. A paid order still needs a refund.
- How do I follow up on abandoned checkouts?Sales → Open payments → Abandoned carts lists shoppers who started to pay and did not finish, with the reason. You can message them and copy their payment link.
- Where can I see my customers and what they bought?Sales → Customers lists everyone who bought or started to, with segments, search and tags. Each customer card shows orders, activity, notes and consent.
- How do I record a sale made by phone or in person?Use + → Manual order. Pick the products, the customer and how it was paid, then choose Create an order. It joins the customer's card.
